Sample answer

Study the organization, not the script

Dear Property Manager, I would like to request permission to use the building's community room for a small neighbourhood study group on Sunday, September 13, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The group would include approximately ten residents who are preparing for professional and language exams. We would not charge any fee, play music or serve alcohol, and we would make sure the room is cleaned before leaving. I am also happy to provide a refundable deposit if that is required under the building rules. Could you please let me know whether the room is available at that time and what steps are required to reserve it? If Sunday is unavailable, we could also meet on the following Saturday afternoon. Thank you for your help. Kind regards, Jordan Lee
