Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyCELPIP(the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

MyCELPIP is an independent, privately operated test-preparation platform. It provides original practice questions, passages, listening material, mock tests, and AI-generated feedback modeled on the publicly documented CELPIP-General task structure.

MyCELPIP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by CELPIP, Paragon Testing Enterprises, Prometric or any related organization, and does not administer the official CELPIP test. See our Trademark Disclaimer and AI Assessment Disclaimer for further detail.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Paid plans (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand through your billing settings. Prices, features and fair-use AI evaluation limits for each plan are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell Platform content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer scoring or evaluation systems;
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains others' personal data;
• Attempt to manipulate AI evaluations through prompt injection or similar techniques;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

Writing and Speaking feedback, estimated levels, and other AI-generated results are unofficial practice assessments intended to support your preparation. They are not official or certified CELPIP scores and are not guaranteed to match your actual test outcome. Full detail is available in our AI Assessment Disclaimer.

All questions, passages, scripts, audio, images, explanations, software and design on the Platform are original works owned by MyCELPIP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Platform's fair-use limits. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCELPIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any outcome of your official CELPIP test.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
