Exact part practice
The four parts reward different reading behaviours. Correspondence requires purpose and detail tracking; Apply a Diagram requires exact matching between visual and written constraints; Information rewards paragraph mapping and evidence location; Viewpoints requires careful tracking of opinions and implied attitudes.

Decide whether you need a fact, purpose, relationship, condition, inference, attitude or viewpoint.
Find the sentence, paragraph or visual cell that directly addresses that demand before comparing choices.
Expect correct choices to restate the evidence rather than copy the passage word for word.
Reject choices that add unsupported information, reverse a relationship, miss a condition or assign a viewpoint to the wrong person.
Part 2 has eight published scored questions. Match each written requirement to the exact visual condition that proves or eliminates an option. Treat the visual as structured data: identify rows, columns, symbols, labels and notes, then apply the question's constraints one by one.

After a timed set, revisit every wrong answer and every answer you guessed. Find the exact sentence, paragraph, visual condition or viewpoint that supports the correct option. Then classify why you missed it: paraphrase, vocabulary, inference, diagram condition, paragraph mapping, viewpoint confusion or time pressure.

It is Part 2 of CELPIP Reading. You use information from a visual source and related written context to answer eight questions. Strong practice focuses on titles, labels, legends, conditions, exceptions, dates, times and other precise constraints.
CELPIP's current example chart shows Level 9 at approximately 31–33 correct answers out of 38. CELPIP explicitly warns that the raw score required can vary slightly from one test to another because questions may differ in difficulty and are equated.
First identify which part creates most of your lost marks. Then review every wrong and guessed answer by finding the exact textual or visual evidence, classifying the error, drilling that task type and returning to a full timed Reading simulation. Do not treat an approximate raw-score range as a guaranteed target.
Use both. Part-specific practice is best for fixing a repeated weakness; full Reading simulations are better for testing pacing, concentration and switching between the four task types.
Reading practice test with answers
MyCELPIP Reading practice uses original preparation material across all four Reading parts. After a scored practice set, review the correct answer and the evidence that supports it instead of only recording your total score. The highest-value review question is not “What was the answer?” but “What exact sentence, visual condition, paragraph or viewpoint proves it?”
Reopen every wrong or guessed item and locate the specific textual or visual evidence that supports the correct choice.
Identify why your option looked attractive and the precise word, condition, relationship or viewpoint that makes it incorrect.
If the same error repeats in correspondence, diagrams, information or viewpoints, practise that exact part before taking another full Reading test.
