Sample answer

Study the organization, not the script

Dear Continuing Education Office, I registered for the Project Planning evening course beginning September 8, but my employer has recently changed my work schedule and I can no longer attend the Tuesday classes. Before cancelling, I would like to know whether my registration can be transferred to the Thursday section that begins later in the month. If a transfer is not available, please let me know whether I am still eligible for a full or partial refund and whether any administrative fee would apply. My registration number is CE-4821. Could you also tell me whether I need to submit a form online or contact the instructor directly to make the change? Thank you for clarifying the available options. Sincerely, Jordan Lee
