Sample answer

Study the organization, not the script

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing because my meal-delivery subscription was charged twice for the same monthly billing period. My bank statement shows two identical charges dated August 21 and August 22, although I have only one active subscription. The duplicate payment has reduced the funds available in my account for other scheduled bills, so I would appreciate a prompt correction. I have attached screenshots of both transactions and my current subscription page for reference. Please refund the duplicate charge to the original payment method and confirm by email when the refund has been processed. I would also appreciate it if you could check my account to make sure the same issue does not occur next month. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, Jordan Lee
