Original sample answer

Dear Property Manager, I am writing regarding the laundry room in Building B, which has been closed three times during the past two weeks without advance notice. On each occasion, residents only discovered the closure after bringing their laundry downstairs. This has been especially difficult for people who work long hours and plan to use the machines in the evening. Last Thursday, I had already loaded my laundry into a basket before seeing the sign on the locked door. I then had to travel to a laundromat several kilometres away. Could you please notify residents by email or text whenever maintenance is scheduled? If the room must remain closed for an extended period, providing access to the laundry facilities in Building A would also be a practical temporary solution. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I would appreciate an update on the expected repair schedule. Kind regards, Jordan Lee
