Sample answer

Study the organization, not the script

I believe the company should provide employees with a free transit pass. Although a gym membership would be useful for some staff, transportation is an expense that affects many employees every working day. First, a transit pass would reduce the monthly cost of commuting. Employees could use those savings for groceries, rent or other essential expenses, so the benefit would have an immediate financial impact. Second, free transit could encourage more people to leave their cars at home. That would reduce parking demand around the workplace and make commuting easier for employees who do not drive. New staff would also be less likely to feel that they need a vehicle just to reach work reliably. For these reasons, a transit pass would be the more practical and widely useful benefit.
