Sample answer

Study the organization, not the script

I think the company should allow employees to work remotely two days each week. A four-day workweek sounds attractive, but the longer daily shifts could be difficult for employees with childcare or long commutes. Remote days would provide flexibility without changing the total daily schedule. Employees could use commuting time for focused work or family responsibilities, while still attending the office several days a week for meetings and collaboration. This arrangement would also be easier for the company to adjust during busy periods because normal five-day coverage would remain available. For these reasons, a hybrid schedule offers a better balance between flexibility and consistent service than compressing all weekly hours into four long days.
