I think employees should be allowed to work from home several days a week when the job can be completed effectively outside the office. The biggest benefit is that workers save commuting time and can often use that time for focused work or family responsibilities. Remote work can also reduce office costs. However, I would not make every day remote because teams still benefit from face-to-face meetings and informal collaboration. A hybrid schedule with two or three office days seems more practical. It gives employees flexibility without losing the communication and team connection that can be harder to build entirely online.
