Study the organization, not the script

I strongly believe cities should invest more in public transportation. First, reliable transit gives commuters a practical alternative to driving, which can reduce congestion during rush hour. People are more likely to leave their cars at home when buses and trains arrive frequently and connect directly to major employment areas. Second, better transit improves access for students, seniors and workers who cannot afford a vehicle. It can also support local businesses because customers and employees can reach them more easily. For these reasons, public transportation is not just a convenience; it is infrastructure that benefits the entire city.
