Sample answer
Study the organization, not the script
My first part-time job was at a small grocery store while I was studying. During my first week, I was asked to close the front section by myself, and suddenly several customers arrived at the same time while the phone was ringing. I became nervous and started rushing, which caused me to make a mistake on one customer's change. My supervisor calmly showed me how to handle one task at a time and ask customers to wait politely when necessary. After that evening I became much more organized. The job taught me that staying calm and communicating clearly is usually more effective than trying to move as fast as possible.
