Sample answer
Study the organization, not the script
The easiest place to start is food delivery because it adds extra fees to something you could prepare at home for much less. I would choose two evenings a week for simple meal preparation and keep delivery as an occasional treat. I would also review every subscription on your bank statement and cancel anything you have not used in the last month. Finally, transfer a fixed amount to savings on payday before you start spending. That way saving becomes automatic instead of whatever is left at the end of the month. Small changes will feel more worthwhile when you can see the purchase getting closer.
