Subject: Updated Building Access Policy — Effective July 1
Dear Team,
Following a recent security review, we will be updating our building access procedures beginning July 1. Please read the following carefully, as these changes affect everyone.
Effective July 1, all employees must use their updated key fob to enter the building. The old swipe cards will no longer work after June 30. If you have not yet received your new fob, please contact reception by June 25. Do not wait until the last day.
Additionally, visitors must now be registered in the online system at least 24 hours before their arrival. Walk-in visitors will not be permitted access to the upper floors without prior registration. Exceptions may be made for urgent deliveries, but the delivery person must remain in the lobby at all times.
Finally, the parking garage will require a separate access code beginning July 15. Codes will be distributed by department managers during the week of July 8. If your manager is away that week, please contact HR directly.
We appreciate your cooperation as we strengthen building security. If you have questions, please email security@company.ca.
